Adele new Album “25”
25 is the upcoming third studio album by Adele, scheduled to be released on November 20, 2015. It is the highly anticipated follow-up album to Adele’s hugely successful sophomore album, 21. In the August 2011 issue of Q Magazine, Adele revealed that she has written seven songs for her third studio album, which she promised would be more intimate and stripped-down than her first two.

It won’t be a big production. I want it to be quite acoustic and piano-led. I want to write it all, record it all, produce it all and master it on my own. I think it’ll take a lot longer because I want to do it this way.

Adele has admitted that she wants to make sure the album is “good enough” before she releases it, which is one of the main reasons why she is in no rush to release the album. She previously stated that the album may expand her music to other genres, such as country and bluegrass, stating that she wanted to do some of the work for the album in Austin, Texas and Nashville, Tennessee. This music influenced some of the music on 21, including “Don’t You Remember” and a live cover of country group Lady Antebellum’s song “Need You Now.” Singer Kelly Clarkson, a fan and friend of Adele’s, further confirmed this, telling the Wall Street Journal that, “I heard Adele is doing something more country-influenced with [her] next record.”

In April of 2013, a report suggested that Adele was in the studio working on her third album, and an even more recent report confirmed that Adele began work on her third album on April 22, 2013 and plans to release the album in mid-2014, with her record label pushing back the release date of Susan Boyle’s fifth studio album in order to get Adele’s album out as soon as possible. It was further stated that Adele had written four songs and would be in total “lockdown mode” for the next couple weeks while she wrote and recorded the album in London and Los Angeles; this would also contradict the previous statement that would suggest she had seven songs written for the album. It was later reported that she had at least four songs done for the album, which would go back to her modern jazz roots, and was beginning to record the vocals. As of May 2015, the album was still incomplete, as it was confirmed Adele had recently been working in The Bridge Writing Studios in Southeast London.

Ryan Tedder revealed prior to the Grammy Awards in 2014 that the album had a “different” sound and that Adele was happy and in a good place at the moment, adding that she is currently working on it with plans to release it when she feels it is good and ready.

Sony reportedly pushed for the album to be out before the fall of 2014. Despite this, a financial report released by XL Recordings confirmed that no new music would be released from Adele in 2014. In August of 2015, it was confirmed that Adele had finished recording the album and that twenty possible tracks were being mixed at a recording studio in Hollywood, with a possible pre-Thanksgiving release date planned. Billboard later confirmed that Adele would be releasing an album in November. On September 23, 2015, Hits Daily Double reported that Adele would be releasing an album on November 20, 2015. The album was finally teased on October 18, 2015, when a snippet of a new Adele song was previewed in a television spot during an airing of The X Factor. On October 21, Adele finally announced that she would finally be releasing her third studio album, titled 25. On October 22, Adele released the album’s artwork and revealed several details regarding the album, including further confirmation of its November 20 release date, its track listing, and the lead single, “Hello,” which was released on October 23.
